Mangaluru : A Maruthi Omni caught fire after gas leaked from its tank at Moodukonaje near Moodbidri on Friday, December 8.

The flame scatter nearby cowshed and completely gutted in the fire. A person named Jagadish Jain was injured in the incident.

The Omni vehicle parked in front of the cowshed of the house, there was leakage of gas from the vehicle and was engulfed within minutes with fire.

Jagadish has sustained injuries on his face, back and hands. The cattle were left out of the cowshed at the time of the incident.
