Mangaluru: “BJP has successfully made Congress eat their dust by winning elections in east, north and northeast states of India. Karnataka too must bring Congress into power and hence get India rid of Congress”, said UP chief minister Yogi Adityanatha. He was delivering his speech at the closing ceremony of BJP’s ‘Janasuraksha Yatra’ at Central Maidan in Mangaluru.
“Karnataka currently has an environment of insecurity and anarchy bringing all development to a halt. Farmers are committing suicide. Anti-nationalism and sociopathic forces are enjoying the government’s blessings. To put an end to this, it is vital that BJP government should come in Karnataka,” he said.
“Prime Minister Modi’s aim is development and people’s security. This aim should also be realized in Karnataka. The present existence of the state lacks in development and providing security to the people. BJP’s ‘Janasuraksha Yatra’ organized to promise a government dedicated to development and people’s security is going to be a success”, he added.
After coming to power in Uttar Pradesh, BJP government has cancelled 86lac farmer’s loan. To achieve this, grants were not procured from the Union government. Neither was the state tax increased. Unnecessary expenses were curtailed to adjust with the deficit. UP is a very sensible state which controls anti-social powers and corruption for the development of the state, he said.
Investors are showing interest in the state. The recent investors meet that took place in Lucknow has attracted memorandums worth Rs. 4.7 lakh crore. But farmers in Karnataka are committing suicide under the unbearable pressure of loans. Congress government is conducive to the current environment, he added.
