Mangaluru: Sandalwood actor and film director Huccha Venkat announcing that he would contest as an independent candidate from Bengaluru’s Rajarajeshwari Nagar constituency for the upcoming Karnataka Assembly Elections.
Huccha Venkat addressed a press meet on Wednesday 11 and said,” “As I want to become the Prime Minister of India, I will be contesting from Rajarajeshwari constituency as an independent candidate.
My election canvassing will be unique because I will not distribute sarees, drinks or money, nor will I visit houses to beg for votes. If you are doing good work, why do you need to beg for votes? I do not expect anything in return for my good works.
