Mangaluru: No nifa virus has been detected in Dakshina Kannada district till now. Do not worry about DK District Health Officer Dr Ramakrishna Rao said.

Speaking at a news conference in Mangalore, he said, The suspected cases of the Nifa virus were not even registered in the district. People do not need to be afraid.

Many people, including Kerala, are suffering from Nifa virus. The health department is taking precautionary measures.
