Udupi: The Shiroor matt’s CC Camera DVR, which had gone missing, has been recovered from Swarna river this morning.

The police, who are investigating the suspicious death case of Sri Lakshmivara Theertha seer of Shiroor Mutt, were searching for the DVR since Tuesday.

The CC camera DVR had gone missing following the death of the Seer. When the police searched for the DVR, it was found in the Swarna River near Moola mutt.

The police have expressed the possibility that the close associates of the seer might have thrown the DVR to deviate the investigation of the seer’s mysterious death case.
