Mangaluru:  Taffic constable assaulted by a bike rider, who was not wearing the helmet and riding a bike without a number plate at Thokkottu flyover in the city on the morning of Friday, June 21.

Sanganna Gowda is the constable, who was attacked by the bike rider.

It is said the accused attacked him for clicking his photo.

The accused is identified as Azaruddin from Madani Nagar, and has already been arrested by the police.

Ullal police have registered a case in this connection.
