Moodabidri: ‘Aatidonji Dina’ tulu movie director Mohammed Haris lost his life in a road accident that occurred at Mudukonaje near Moodbdri on Mar 21st and the present few developments are giving signs of a twist to the case.
Suspecting his son’s death, B K Hausan Adam has submitted a complaint to Moodbidri SI requesting reinvestigation of the entire case.
The movie shooting was taking place a little away from his house at Shirtadi. Haris had informed that he would return back home, have food and go to sleep and yet, late in the night at around 11:20 pm, he had called twice. In the registered case it was documented that, informing that he will be coming immediately, Haris left in a Omni car and at around 11:30 pm, the car swerved towards the right and crashed head-on into a tree.
In his complaint to the police, the father of the deceased has put forth several suspicions including why did the car swerve towards the right? Who immediately shifted the car from the accident spot? Who was the first one to notice the accident? Who made the call for the ambulance? And several other suspicions.
Haris had three SIMs including 9901659938 and 8105035067. But the SIMS have not yet been provided back to us. Only his purse has been given back. Why are they reluctant to give back his two mobiles? Haris used to get threat calls on 9901659938, therefore the messages saved on that mobile must be investigated. Along with the person who has Haris’s mobile, the call details of any caller appearing suspicious must be investigated, requested the complainant.
The accident has occurred when Haris was going towards Shirtadi from his home and not the other way round. But a few documents are giving wrong information regarding this. Who is behind this? It is said that an argument had broken out between Haris and the movie team, so what was the reason, is the question asked by Adam.
