Bangalore: Bidadi Nityananda has issued a legal notice through his lawyers in Hyderbad to Madan Patel, producer-director of “Satyananda”, a movie based on a lustful Sannyasi in the garb of himself. The hero is look-alike in sequences of the film, was Bidadi monk’s comment. He has also asked for immediate suspension of shooting the film allegedly based on his life.
The Andhra Lawyer B.K.Krishna Kumar has cautioned Patel against his client being used suggestively in the film. But Patel has vowed not to stop filming his venture under any circumstances. The notice came inside 2 days of the film taking to the sets, he charged. Satyananda went on sets on March 6.
Patel has replied to the letter of Nityananda, asking him why he is trying to fit the cap on his head. If you are so innocent, why are you frightened out of wits, Patel asked the livid monk. If the roles looked like you, go to the court and fight it out, he added. Ravichetan is doing the role of monk Satyananda.
The film shooting is progressing rapidly, after the Belgaum Kannada World Conference ended.
