Mangaluru : Milestone25, the prestigious commercial project of Land Trades Builders & Developers was inaugurated this morning at 9:00 a.m. by Sri T. Satish U. Pai, Managing Director of Manipal Media Network Ltd., and his wife Smt. Sandhya S. Pai, Managing Editor of Taranga Kannada Weekly.
‘Milestone 25’, situated at Collector’s Gate, Balmatta, Mangalore, commemorates the completion of 25 years by Land Trades Builders & Developers, signifying an important peak moment in the firm’s successful journey of two and a half decades.
Addressing the gathering Sandhya S. Pai said, “During the last 70 years Mangalore has changed a lot. Now there are numerous high rise buildings like in Mumbai. During the last ten years there is a clear trend of property developers striving to deliver better quality to the consumers by providing modern facilities. This is a very appreciable development.” She congratulated Land Trades proprietor Shrinath Hebbar on coming up with good projects that meet consumer’s needs.
Earlier welcoming the gathering Shrinath Hebbar thanked all those who had helped him to achieve success and complete 25 years in the trade. “My vision and mission at Land Trades has been to prove myself worthy of people’s confidence. It has always been my endeavour to make it easy and beneficial for customers to avail our services and gain value for their money,” he said.
Yenepoya Abdullah Kunhi, Chancellor of Yenepoya University inaugurated the new office of Land Trades on the fifth floor of Milestone25. He observed that Land Trades has become a model firm for providing good service in the field of real estate. Dr. Kallada Prabhakar Bhat, President of Sri Rama Vidyakendra Trust (R), Kalladka unveiled a marble idol of Lord Ganesh situated in the entrance lobby of the new building.
Ivan D’souza, MLC said that builders were contributing to city beautification by paying attention to the aesthetics of building construction. Former district in-charge minister Krishna J. Palemar, former MLA J.R. Lobo and ward corporator Naveen D’souza also spoke on the occasion. Presiding over the formal function Mahabaleshwara M. S., Managing Director and CEO of Karnataka Bank Ltd., said he was proud to have Land Trades as a customer of his bank. He congratulated Land Trades on maintaining an impeccable track record with the bank and spontaneously felicitated the firm’s proprietor Shrinath Hebbar with shawl and gifts.
The architect of Milestone25 Peter Mascarenhas of Archi Technics was felicitated on the occasion. Felicitation for construction contractors MFar Constructions was accepted by J. Rajesh, Vice President of MFAR. Electrical contractor Keshava Amin too was felicitated. Advocate Bhaskar S. Kattemaar, a joint venture partner of the project was present on dais.

‘Milestone 25’ is a unique commercial development featuring imaginative design and distinctive architecture.
