Mangaluru : Two trailers loaded with oil tanks for the Mangaluru Refineries and Petrochemicals Ltd have remained trapped near the Padil   unable to cross the Railway underpass and in the process affecting smooth movement of other vehicles.

The two trailers which had come from Gujarat had reached Padil on Monday night. But the huge equipment in the trailers has made it difficult for them to pass through the underpass.

Many are blaming the unscientific construction of the underpass for such problems.
