Kundapur : KMF Director lost his life after his car rammed into a bridge at Halady on December 9, Wednesday afternoon.

The deceased identified is Haddur Rajeev Shetty (60).

Shetty was returning to Shankernarayana after attending a function at Halady when the mishap took place. Shetty who was seriously injured was immediately rushed to the Manipal Hospital. However, he breathed his last on way.

Rajeev Shetty was an award winning progressive farmer who was also into dairy farming.

He had also served as the President of Bailoor Milk Producers’ Co-operative Society and was the President of Shankernarayana Co-operative Society.

Shankernarayana Police have registered a case.
