Kundapur : A person arrested for selling cow meat door-to-door near Gangolli fish market on Monday December 28.

The arrested  is identified as Abdul Rahim (30), a resident of Gangolli.

As per credible information that Abdul Rahim is selling cow meat door-to-door near Gangolli fish market, Gangolli police sub-inspector Bheemashankar and head constable Girish inspected the person. They found four kilograms of illegal cow meat that Abdul Rahim was carrying with him.

The accused was arrested and the meat was confiscated by the police. The accused was produced in court and later remanded to judicial custody.
