Brahmavar : A woman missing case has been registeredat Brahmavar police station by her husband.

It is stated in complaint, Soumya (23) resident of Kukkude in Harady village near here went missing under mysterious circumstances from January 1. Vishwanath Poojary works at Mumbai.

Soumya wife of Vishwanath Poojary from Nirjabail House, Mundli, Karkala, had  stay with her parents living at Harady in Brahmavar taluk after she became pregnant.

Now Soumya, who has a one-year-old daughter, had attending a beautician’s course at Brahmavar since a month. As usual, she had left her parental home at 8.45 am for attending the said course on January 1. She also indicated that she would be late in returning.

But Sowmy not returned to home SInce five days. Searches for her did not yield any positive result.

Brahmavar police, who have registered the case, are investigating.
