Bengaluru : Revenue Minister Mr R Ashoka said that Mr BS Yediyurappa will continue as CM of Karnataka and news of change of leadership was only baseless rumors. He warned the party men against making either pro or anti CM statements. “A committee has been constituted under the leadership of BJP state unit president Nalin Kumar Kateel. CM, general secretary and three senior ministers are part of this committee. The whole purpose of the committee is to put an end to all kinds of discussions; either pro or anti CM. If anyone violates the rule, they will face action. I want to reiterate that we have already put an end to speculation on Sunday. BSY is our leader and will continue as Karnataka CM”, Mr Ashoka said.
Meanwhile, Karnataka State Brahmin Development Board’s chairman H. S. Sachidananda has thanked Revenue Minister Mr Ashoka for taking steps to immerse unclaimed ashes.
