Mangaluru : Democratically and unanimously elected committee of PUCL DK headed by R.Eswarraj as President, Haneef Saheb Pajapalla as Treasurer & Organising Secretary among other office bearers are in place from December 2018, according to a press release issued to the media by Ajoy D’Silva General Secretary of PUCL DK.

This press release, Ajoy said was result of Y.J.Rajendra state President, who was accused as shameless by none other than P.B.Dsa, the then Vice President of National PUCL, who himself is accused no.1 in, FIR no.23 of 2020 for fraud, forgery and illegalties committed in embezzlement of funds from PUCL saving bank account in MCC Bank, had mislead the media with a motive by stating that “Zilla President not appointed”.

R.Eswarraj PUCL DK President had on 20.2.2020 complained by email to Dr.V.Suresh, National PUCL General Secretary and Y.J.Rajendra State President, that P.B.Dsa the then National Vice President, having in his custody, refused to hand over all the records kept in his residence cum office of PUCL DK including, pass book, Cheque book, of the PUCL DK SB Account with MCC Bank, and the membership register, membership receipt book, minutes of meeting register, to the new committee under President R.Eswarraj, PUCL DK, and this inspite of 1 year since to the new committee took office, said Ajoy DSilva.

Dr.V.Suresh General Secretary National PUCL and Y.J.Rajendra, State President & Professor Human Rights remained indifferent after promising proper action on P.B.Dsa as the then Vice President National PUCL and other Post in PUCL state and DK , for having committed, series of serious crimes, but decided they decided to remain biased by being indifferently silent, said, General Secretary, Ajoy of PUCL DK.
Ajoy D’Silva, said in March 2018, P.B.Dsa had remitted office of National PUCL Vice President, colluded with Rajendra state President, and press meet and mislead the press, and issued a press release on 2.3.2020, by stating that PUCL DK Committee, under R.Iswararaj, was dissolved, knowing such a person is non existent, and done with an Ulterior motive of spreading false news and disrepute to PUCL DK Committee under R.Eswarraj

Further, on 9.3.2020 an FIR no.23 of 2020 was register in Mangalore East Police station against P.B.Dsa the then National Vice President of PUCL for fraud, forgery and illegalties on Complaint by Eswarraj President of PUCL DK.

Rajendra State President and President and General secretary of National PUCL apprehended, that enquiring into this fraud committed by P.B.Dsa is sure to bring disrepute to the entire PUCL. Instead, Dr. V.Suresh National PUCL General Secretary issued notification mentioning the names of some of the executive office bearers of PUCL DK, Committee and stated that PUCL DK under then are suspended, and this illegal action was condemned and clarified in writing, that PUCL Constitution does not give way to suspend a constitutionally and Unanimously elected PUCL DK Committee and that this committee will not abide by the norification sent by email on 2nd May 2020. Y.J.Rajendra State President, who is part of National PUCL, are aware of the email reply send on 10.5.2020 to all the office bearers of National PUCL, stating that they have indulged in illegal acivity of suppressing legitimate activities of PUCL DK instead of taking action against P.B.Dsa.

PUCL DK every time has acted in a just manner, of helping distribute Dry ration during the COVID 19 in 2020, of which photo’s were posted on Whatsapp group could not be digested, by P.B.Dsa, Rajendra state President, starting crying foul. Similarly a news report was carried on 24.6.2021 by a print media about sewage water, released into Maravoor Dam, about which complaint was made by R.Eswarraj PUCL DK President to Chief Minister and again the ugly heads of Y.J.Rajendra State President and P.B.Dsa accused of serious crimes committed, cry foul and mislead the media, time and again with a an Ulterior motive of bringing disrepute to the PUCL DK Committee by stating that such committee does not exist, when Rajendra, state President of PUCL who was accused as shameless, is joined by the shameless P.B.Dsa and cry foul.

Finally General Secretary, PUCL DK Committee has the right to choose what email ID it has to use to communicate by email, and will continue to issue ID to all existing members and new members and will continue to do their day to day work and more importantly, the elections to the new committee when it is due and we are allowed to conduct it after the restriction due to COVID second wave is removed.
