Hubli : It was a special Raksha Bandhan on Sunday as well-known philanthropist and educationist Dr Vinay N invited Mangalamukhis to his residence. The Mangalamukhis tied rakhi to Dr Vinay and thanked him for the gesture of inviting them to his residence.

Later speaking, Dr Vinay said, “Raksha Bandhan is all about the beautiful relationship between a brother and a sister. I felt that it was time for me to stand with Mangalamukhis who have often been misunderstood in the society. We need to provide them opportunities as many of them are extremely talented people. I feel that in days to come, we need to stand up with this community and help them.”
