Puttur : A young man reportedly ended his life at his residence on November 21, Sunday at Sulliapadavu in Puttur.

The deceased has been identified as Raviraj  31).

His engagement ceremony was supposed to be held in the next few days.

The family of Raviraj was busy making arrangements for the housewarming ceremony of the latter’s brother when  he  suddenly went inside the bathroom and hanged himself.

The reason behind the extreme step is not known.
