Mangaluru : Mithun Kodethur of Hosa Digantha daily was conferred the PaGo Award for the year 2022 given by the DK District Working Journalists’ Union.

The Award was presented by DCP (Law and Order) Hariram Shanker at a function held at Press Club on May 31, Tuesday. The Award has been instituted by the PaGo Memorial Trust in memory of the late journalist P Gopalakrishna.

Mithun Kodethur received the Award for his special report “Eega Kaimaggadatta Padaveedharara Chitha… seeregalalli nekaarara chitra” published in Hosa Digantha issue of July 22, 2021.

Additional DC Krishna Murthy, DK Journalists Union President Srinivas Nayak Indaje, Anand Shetty, Jithendra Kundeshwar and others were present.
