New Delhi: BJP national vice-president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has on Wednesday accused the Sonia Congress of trying to defame Annasaheb Hazare’s popular movement raised against national corruption in India, by directly involving Shanthi Bhushan in a false CD case.
The Congress wants a ‘stay’ on investigations into corruption cases under UPA govt, brought out by Hazare’s movement, Naqvi pointed out. The Central govt has encouraged those ‘buying’ votes in Parliament o save the govt in a confident motion, he charged, by giving, Supari to finish off the movement.
Whatever done to discredit former Law Minister and current Vice-President of the Lok Pal Bill Drafters’ Committee, was organised by the Central govt. This will motivate others to harm the Lok Pal Bill and the drafting civilians.
Naqvi and Congress spokesman Manish Tiwari exchanged allegations over conspirators trying to bring down the Lok Pal Bill.
