Mangaluru : Inaugurating the Sphoorthi- Youth Empowerment Seminar at Ramakrishna Math, Mangalore, Sri Vivek Alva, Managing Trustee of Alvas Educational Institution, Moodbidre stressed that youths should be more responsible and only responsible youth scan become leaders.
The Seminar was organized on the theme, “Bharat 2047 – Vision for Youths to Rebuild India”. Swami Jitakamanandaji, Adhyaksha of Ramakrishna Math, Mangalore graced the occasion. Sri Ramakrishna Achar, MD of SKF Elixir India Pvt Ltd. Moodbidre was the Chief Guest. After Inaugural Ceremony Scholarships were distributed among some needy students.
First session was addressed by Swami Narasimhanandaji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Kozhikode on the topic, “Rebuilding Oneself to Rebuild India”. This was followed by Talk by Chakravarty Sulibele on the topic, “Bharat 2047 – Vivekapatha”. Sessions were followed by Panel Discussion. Sri Ramit Chennathila, DC of Income Tax Dept., Mangalore, Sri Nitin Vas, Founder of Paper Seed Co & Smt Rajeshwari Shetty, Director of Disha Career Counselling Inst. Dr Shreesha Bhat, MD of Akanksha Chairtable Trust, Puttur was the Moderator.
Captain Ganesh Karnik welcomed the guests. Ranjan Bellarpady proposed the Vote of Thanks. About 600 students from more than 15 colleges participated in the programme.
