Accused Shivprasad Shetty

Bantwal : A government school teacher along with her colleague a Physical Education teacher attempted to kill her husband by running over a car in Melkar, Panemangalore at Bantwal. Therafter Kishore Kumar Bolar , husband was admitted to the hospital due to chest pain.

As per the police complaint filed by Kishore Kumar Bolar who is a photographer of Prajavani newspaper, in Bengaluru, and a case has been registered by Bantwala Town Police station Under sec 341, 323, 506 & 307 attempt to murder against Kishore’s wife Shubha a teacher in government school and her colleague and a Physical Education teacher Shivprasad Shetty in the same school at Manchi, both of whom are in relationship as claimed by them.

Shubha, a government school teacher, married Kishore Kumar Bolar in 2008. They also have a 12-year-old daughter. Later, Kishore also bought a flat in Melkar’s Sara Arcade with his own money. Kishore lived here with his Shubha and their daughter. Often, Shubha’s colleague Shivprasad Shetty used to send a message “Hi Muddu” to Shubha on her mobile. This with an intention to create miss understanding between Kishore with the consent of Shubha his wife to create a rift in relationship between Kishore and Shubha. Kishore objected to this message sent by Shivprasad Shetty. After the incident, a family feud started. Kishore’s wife Shubha settled on her own since May 13, 2021 and filed for divorce of her husband kishore in the family court. But Kishore had obtained a stay order from the High Courtand also has sought for the custody of her daughter.

Meanwhile, Shubha has filed a lawsuit to clear Kishore from the flat, in Sara Arcade claiming that the flat belongs to her and the same is pending in court. In the mean time Kishore has alleged that, when he came to his flat in Melkar on January 23, Shubha, Shivprasad Shetty and two other rowdies came along with them to the flat at Sara Arcade and threatened to throw out Kishore from the flat and also and also gave threat to his life, by eliminating him before he leaves for Bangalore to join duty.

On 23.01.2024 at 6:45 PM when the Kishore Kumar Bolar went out for his work and returned to his flat at No. 201 at Sara Arcade, Panemangalore Village Melkar, accused Shivprasad Shetty came with Shubha knocked at the door of Kishore Kumar’s flat and claimed before him, that he had registered marriage with Shubha. When Kishore was imbalanced after hearing the shocking news, and by making use of this moment, Shubha tried to enter the flat and remove the key of the flat, which Kishore averted. After this incident, when the accused tried to escape in an Innova car, Kishore tried to stop them, when Shivaprasad, got into the vehicle and tried to kill Kishore by running Innova car over him. Due to the shock of the assault and the car collision, Kishore developed chest pain and was admitted to Wenlock Hospital in Mangalore and returned for treatment. Again he developed chest pain and was admitted to the hospital and discharged today.
