Mangaluru : An announcement of Formation of ADHOC Committee for PUCL DK Mangalore was released to media on 10.3.2024 by a team stating itself to be a National PUCL team, with all lies and false facts. Announcement stated that visit was to meet with old, current and former members of PUCL DK/Mangalore unit with a view to examining the possibility of reviving the Dakshina Kannada District Unit which has not been functional for a few years. When the fact was that a Committee under R.Eswarraj as the President which was unanimously elected on 9.12.2018 with Ajoy DSilva has General Secretary and Haneef Saheb Pajapalla as Treasurer was functioning with its office at Hamilton Complex near DC office.

The lies mention in the announcement by the PUCL team, that PUCL DK was not functional for the past few years, is a conspiracy by the so called National PUCL team which visited Mangalore only to save P.B.Dsa and the then Treasurer & Secretary Bertram.F.Pinto from the criminal complaint made on 07.03.20220 and FIR registered against them by R.Eswarraj the President of PUCL in East Police station which is before II Additional Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Manglaore, in the event of court finding P.B.Dsa or B.F.Pinto guilty, the State and National PUCL will be thoroughly exposed.

A shady whatsapp message was posted by the accused P.B.Dsa on Mangalore Civic Group, which states that a National team is going to visit Mangalore in 8th & 9th March to meet with all members and sort out issues raised there. Without mentioning agenda or the issues to be discussed, the National team from PUCL team came to Mangalore and met R.Eswarraj and PUCL DK members at Roshini Nilaya on 8th Afternoon. On 10th March it took group with members and non members present at Roshini Nilaya in Mangalore. With this group photo the National PUCL team claimed in the announcement of the ADHOC committee for PUCL DK, as formed, unanimously after it was resolved in the meeting held on 9th March 2024, which is a total false claim, even when it was expected that fresh elections will be proposed, and inspite of repeated objection were raised about Kishore Attavar name proposed as member of the Adhoc committee.

It was the same Kishore Attavar who is the yesman of Y.J.Rajendra the then President of PUCL Karnataka who did the damage to PUCL DK in the words of P.B.Dsa who was proposed by the PUCL team as a member of ADHOC Committee. This is the dubious achievement of the team from National PUCL which came to Mangalore without making know the agenda or issues for the proposed visit.

In a email dated 1st and 4th March 2024 to the National PUCL from executive committee members under President of PUCL DK sent from email id pucldlmlr@gmail.com seeking to confirm their visit to Mangalore, and also demanded the agenda and issue for their proposed visit to Mangalore. But only a programme sheet sent by Shujuthullah state PUCL Secretary, stating that on 8th March 10.30AM to 1.30 PM the team will visit P.B.Dsa in his residence along with members and the same day from 2.30pm to 5.30pm R.Eswarraj and members will be met at Roshini Nilaya. PUCL state and National PUCL have been playing politics with members of PUCL DK since 2018 and suppressing its members rights after the FIR was registered on P.B.Dsa for his criminal activities as state above.
