Kasaragod: A young man who had come to the native from abroad two days before, died in a bike accident on Monday night at Arikkadi on the National Highway.

Ajith Shetty (31) of Kumble Bambrana Ujar is deceased. Ajith, who was employed in Qattar, had come to the town on June 26. On 23rd, the wife’s baby shower program was held. The accident took place on Monday night when he came to Kumble town and was returning after buying items and hit a road divider near Arikkadi.

Ajith, who was seriously injured, was rushed to Kumble Hospital but died on the way to Mangalore Hospital.

A case has been registered by the Kumbale police station
