Mangaluru : Bearys Institute of Technology conducted an orientation and induction programme for first year students on the topic ‘Nurturing the leaders of Tomorrow” at BIT Mangalore campus on Monday, 23 September 2024.

Mr. Mohammed Ali Roomi Bearys Group, was the Guest of Honor and Resource Person, he said at BIT success hinges on the principles of Clarity of Mind and Purity of Heart, our goal is overall personality development and enhancing leadership and technical skills among students, engaging in meaningful introspection to define purpose of life over the next four years.

Mr. Roomi emphasized the importance of regular attendance, holistic development, effective communication skills and overall personality development among students. He urged the new entrants to uphold the dignity and respect of their peers, promoting a safe and inclusive campus culture.

The orientation session engaged the new batch of students in interactive discussions with multiple stakeholders from academia and industry, providing them with a comprehensive overview of opportunities available at BIT Mangalore Campus for holistic development. These sessions aim to help students build a roadmap for their personal and professional growth.
