Mangaluru : St Joseph English Medium High School Kulshekar, marked its Silver Jubilee celebration, commemorating 25 years of excellence in Education. The event was a grand success, bringing together alumni, faculty, students and well-wishers.
Rt Rev. Msgr. Maxim L. Noronha, Vicar General of Mangalore Diocese and Vice-President of the Catholic Board of Education presided over the function. Chief Guest Mr Mathew Princeton Carlo, Alumnus and Inspector of Excise, Baikampady, Mangalore delivered the keynote address. Rev. Fr. Clifford Fernandes, the Joint Secretary of the school and the Parish Priest of Holy Cross Church Cordel thanked the school community for their support and encouragement.
The founder Correspondent, late Rev. Fr. G. W. Vas was commemorated for his pioneering efforts. The Headmistress Mrs Sunita Dsouza, Asst Teacher Mr Christopher Anil Monteiro and the clerical staff Mrs Dicy Lobo were felicitated for 24 years of dedicated service.
The Teachers who served in this institution were also honoured on this Jubilee celebration.
