Bangalore: BJP state chief K.S Eshwarappa has today released a 55-Page Charge-sheet contained in a booklet, published on Tuesday on the topic of “unveiling the hidden asset of Gowda family” in Kannada and thereby exposing the JD-S first family’s old criminal records and getting ready for the second bout in the boxing ring, after Dharmasthala episode ended.
The exposure relates to 2005-06, when HD Devegoda who conducted a ‘Sathyagraha’ at Race Course Road despite section 144 in force then near CM’s residence seeking justice for his Hassan MP Constituency, had only 188 acres of land as property but in 2010 (five years later) illegally collected 399 acres of landed property. How did he do it, the booklet wondered.
