Mangalore: The lady named Surakshitha (20) resident of, Mogaru Kukkatte,  Ganjimutt who was attempt to rape by young boy Azarruddin was brought to SCS Hospital on July 14, Thursday.
Speaking to the media, Surakshitha’s uncle Karunakar said that he had gone for work and in ten minutes, she called me and while asking what was the matter, then she did not reply. When immediately returned home she was in bad condition with the dress torn everywhere.
When asked she said that, their neighbor Azarruddin had visited the house to take tomatoes and onion, when she gave he said that he wanted to her just delivered days baby and when she turned back, he caught her and tore her dress and when she screamed he caught her mouth, pulled her hair and hit her head against the wall.
Even though one of their neighbour saw Azarruddin alias Azar (19) going to their house, they did not expect the incident to take place, he said.
Surakshitha’s father Karunakar said that Azzaruddin is always fighting with his parents in his house and this was not first time he came home and did not have any problem with these.
Surakshitha’s husband Devdas who is residing in Thokkottu said that Surakshitha had gone her mother’s house after delivering a baby and I had never seen that boy. Now Azar is absconding.
