Mangalore: The district unit of Shri Rama Sene, as part of its awareness campaign against drug abuse, distributed pamphlets among the students of St. Aloysius College on August 12, Friday.
According to the members of Shri Rama Sene, students from other states, districts, and countries, come to Mangalore to pursue education and hardly protect from drug peddlers.
They also said that drug mafia has the support of terrorist organizations. Shri Rama Sene said that the Love Jihadists use girl students, due to which a number of girl students have lost their lives and parents keep them away from these issues.
The pamphlet requested the students to stay away from drugs and warn them that many students are now getting addicted to drugs. It also accuses managements of colleges and the district administration of taking no action against drug abuse.
The pamphlets have been issued in the name of Madhusudan, the district president of the Shri Rama Sene; Prithvi Salian, the district president of Rashtreeya Vidhyarthi Sene; and Dr. Shilpa N., the district president of Durga Vahini.
