New Delhi: A pertinent clarification has been made on Thursday by retired IPS Officer Kiran Bedi who is with Anna Hazare new, that what he is observing in Ramlila grounds on Aug 19 is not a fast “unto death”, but only and indefinite period (2weeks) fast which may even continue or come to and end earlier.
She described Anna Hazare as being in good health at present. She termed the Delhi Police permission given to Hazare’s indefinite Satyagraha should not be taken as a victory for his group and loss for the other (Government) group.  We are not boxers, she added.
A medical team formed by Dr.Naresh Trehan has opined that Hazare needs medical attention. Anna will fast till his life is seen in danger, said Ms. Bedi. Dr.Trehan led medical team was sent by the UPA-2 government. The team will maintain Anna’s health in good conditional through, she said.
As between the ministerial and civic members there has be “give and take” and the protestors have listened to Government suggestions on Anna’s Dharni Satyagraha, Ms. Kiran Bedi informed media on Thursday night here.
