Mangalore : Samanvaya in association with Emirates Paradela Foundation of UAE distributed scholarships among 69 students and also conducted a seminar titled “A to Z Tablets for Success in Life” at Samanvaya in Urwa Stores on Aug 27 Saturday.

Sr. Mable D’Souza, the superior of Anjela Convent, participated as the chief guest of the event.

Fr. Ronald Coutinho, the director of Samanvaya conducted the seminar and spoke on how to become successful in life.

A short formal function followed the seminar. Sr. Mable D’Souza, Emirates Paradela President Herald Lobo, Secretary Bennet D’Mello, former president Franklin D’Cunha, Alan D’Mello, Susan D’Mello, Predita D’Mello, and Managing Trustee of Samanvaya Fr. Pius Fidelis Pint lit the traditional lamp.

Fr. Pius Fildelis Pinto delivered the welcome address; Sr. Mable delivered the presidential address; and Harold Lobo spoke about achieving success. In his address, Mr. Lobo said that Emirates Paradela had collected Rs. 4 lakh as scholarships for deserving candidates. He also said that the organization has worked for medical and social uplift and will continue its good work.
