The sheer presence of so many Muslims in India that is Bharath 120 crores ofter the formation of Pakistan(1947) on the West and Bangla Desh(1971)on the East(Bengal), is sitting heavily on UPA governments mind, besides irritating USA which is planning to divide the Western 4 districts of Pakistan by liberating Baloch and North West Frontier tribal areas.

The USA suspects Muslims on a large-scale as capable of lot of mischief, disorder and illegal activities in proscribed goods by smuggling in the sub-continent which is otherwise peaceful.

American embassy in Delhi is busy sending reports to washington on Muslims, and their crooked intentions in Indian polities, whether on Babri memorial issue, or terrorism by regular sneaking into Indian territory from across Kashmir borders.
