Mangalore: Kamala Ramappa(82), wife of a city philanthropist, passed away in a private hospital on Tuesday morning, October 11.

She was herself a social worker from a well-known family and worked for many social bodies. She had donated a piece of land to Narayana Guru Service institution in city. Her husband(late) Jeppinamogru Ramappa was also engaged in charity works.

Members of the Narayana Guru Service institution have condoled the Kamala Ramappa’s death.
