Bangalore:  Former CM-B.S. Yeddyurappa has been discharged from Victoria hospital in city and is returning to Central Jail in Parappana Agrahara, according to V.Somanna, a minister trusted by him, on Wednesday morning. Yeddyurappa has objected to newsreports of being whisked into Victoria hospital covered by a green bed-sheet so as to mislead onlookers and press.

He told CP Yogeshwar early in the morning when the minister came to see him and inquire of his health, “why these Journalists were weaving stories to blacken my 30 years record? He demanded to know.

He decided then and there, not to take and any tablet, but go to Central prison room and die there, rather than stay in a hospital like a coward. He added that he was in Victoria hospital because doctors instructed him so, but not anymore. So ex-CM is returned to jail-Cell on Wednesday.
