Udupi : Former CM B. S. Yeddyurappa’s supporters conducted Chandika Yaga  at Mookambika Temple, Kollur onOctober 21, Friday regarding his release from jail soon.

The yaga was conducted by Ganeshprasad Shetty, along with other BJP activities, under the leadership of MLA K. Laxminarayana.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Shetty said that Yeddyurappa has a lot of faith in Kollur Mukambika and even goddess know the situation on which Yeddyurappa went to jail, and goddess will surely help her devotee, he said.

MLA Laxminaryana said that Yeddyurappa has been sent to jail as per the conspiracy hatched by the opposition parties. He should be released soon so that he can celebrate Diwali with his family and friends.
