Mangalore : Dakshina Kannada Cricket Association and Magnum Intergrafiks Pvt Ltd stated in the press release that the Chaminda Vaas Benefit T20 cricket match which was scheduled to be played at NMPT grounds on November 19 has been postponed due to heavy unseasonal rains.

As the Grounds could not be kept ready, the organizers, in consultation with the Sri Lankan team have decided to postpone the match to a future date.

Previously veteran Sri Lankan cricketer Chaminda Vaas had unveiled the trophy of the match on October 29 in the city.
