Mangalore : DenSure has opened a new 2,200 sq ft facility for Dental Care at Vijaya Clinic Maternity and Surgical Nursing Home, Kadri, Mangalore on November 14, Monday. This facility is dedicated to Late Shri Motilal N Pai, father of Dr Suryakanth M Pai, founder of DenSure.

Speaking at the press meet Dr Suryakanth M Pai said that the Dental Hospital will be open for the public between 12 pm to 8 pm. The hospital is fully equipped with the latest equipments to provide pain free and infection free dental treatment. At full capacity, this facility can provide treatment for 150 to 200 patients a day. This facility is equipped with a minor OT for minor oral surgical procedures. In addition, this clinic also has facilities to provide treatment for small uncooperative children under general anesthesia in association with Vijaya Clinic.

The facility is being inaugurated by Sandhya S Pai and T Satish U Pai of Manipal Media network pvt ltd.

He also said that the hospital will also give the regular adult dental treatment such as root canal therapy, crowns, cosmetic dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, implant dentistry and oral surgery and Dr Aravind Shenoy, Dr Rohan Mascaranhas, Dr Rakshith Hegde, Dr Umesh Y Pai, Dr Lakshmeesh Mallya, Dr Ramaraj PN will be available for consultation.

The adult treatment services are also being extended to NRI’s on prior appointments only. Densure has a special programme for all children in the 5 to 7 year age group which would help them to grow into healthy adults with no dental disease. Apart from Dr Suryakanth M Pai, Pediatric Dental services will be provided by Dr Sharan Sargod, Dr Raksha Ballal and Dr Shailesh Shenoy.

Dr Rakshith Hegde said that new premises will have a dedicated research wing and also provide training in general dentistry for BDS/MDS graduates.
