There were 3 earlier, but while Congress-BJP-JD(S) have not merged into one in Karnataka, the Telikeda Bolly, Kusaladarase and ‘Asal’ VijayKumar have sunk all their differences and buried their knives, to unite and resurrect Tulu stage and film careers, thus a 3-in-1 group of all stage and film artistes, here it comes, play ‘Ganethand?’ turned into a new film ‘Telikeda Bolly” by Devidas Kapikad with his son Arjun as the new hero on horizon and Naveen D Padil as a veteran comedian and character-actor.

It is Padil who binds Devadas and Vijaikumar in one bond now, by being a stage artiste and film star as well.

Of course, ‘Oriyardori Asal’ created al the fix in the wine bottle, but all three had a bath of success. The three (trio) represent 3 faces of Tulu state-god, if there is one, call him ‘Datty’ if you like.

The Dattatreya of Tulu stage and film world the trios are now one and that is good news for all Tuluvas on west coast, India and abroad, wherever ‘Asal’ is now running to crowds.
