Bellary: The Bellary By-poll Independent candidate B. Sriramaulu is at his wits end, and is now talking of floating a new political party, when his boss G. Janardhan Reddy is serving in Andra Jail since months, and when he has still not won a result in the rural by-poll due on Nov 30.
As if the Reddy group it is that lords over Karnataka, when mines are closed down and their assets are seized by Revenue authorities.
BJP has already suspended its 2 MPs, J. Shantha (Bellary) and Sanna Pakkeerappa (aichur), related to B. Sri for their anti-party activities, of backing him against party instructions. The BJP then suspended 4 MLAs on similar lines.
The promise of B. Sriramulu of starting a new party is an empty promise, like what he might have promised Government hospitals when he was a health minister.
Gali Janardhan Reddy and Andhra’s dead CM Solomon Rajashekhar Reddy had committed a lot of crimes by illegal mining and land grabbing in Andra, as Reddys group original members, apart from moving border stones of Karnataka and mining in Bellary forest areas illegally for years, telling lies all the time.
B. Sri’s petty talk at Cowli Bazaar area, on the last day of electioneering (Nov 28) smacks of disappointment he is facing, as an independent when he has not done any justice as BJP MLA, earlier on.
The Reddy group has no manual backing of more than that of 10 legislature, but BJP must stand firm against this pigmy cheat known as B. Sriramulu, to begin with.
