Hyderabad: A charge sheet against Gali Janardhan Reddy, already thrown into chanchalagud a prison for illegal mining and alteration of border stones to change borderlines between 2 states, has been now submitted to the CBI special court, by (CBI) officials on Saturday, along with 10 boxes full of relevant documents to fix the jailbird, who is the son of a policman and younger brother of G.Karunakar Reddy, a former Revenue minister and ex-MP.
The CBI officials had raided Reddy establishments of obalapuram mining company and homes of the Reddy brothers and their minion, Sriramulu, earlier.
A.K. Khan CBI officer led the team to prepare ten boxes full of legal papers to be gone through by special Judge.
The chargesheet covers G.J. Reddy, OMC-MD Srinivasa Reddy, Rajashekhar, and IAS offiver Srilakshmi (who was released on bail on Friday)
The Supreme Court had directed CBI to prepare and submit the charge sheet by Dec 4, on illegal mining.

The CBI court refused bail on CBI advice. Now the charge-sheet is needed to be looked into, by the special court in the days to follow, to conduct enquiry.
