Mangalore : Hindi screen hero Vivek oberoi’s wife Priyanka and her mother (dancer) Nandini Jeevaraj Alva, are targeted in a fraud case involving Rs. 75 lakhs, by N.Vinod, a legal adviser to both, under on ALV Project co, from 2007 onwards.

The lawyer has lodged a personal complaint against the two women under Sn. 120B, Snn.420 and Sn406 of Indian Penal Code in 4th ACCMM court recently.

Manager of the company N.Hameed is also an accused no.3.

The ACMM 4th court has directed the Sadashivanagar Police station to conduct the enquiry into charges made by Vinod.

The legal adviser is reported to have been cheated of an amount of Rs.75 lakhs accrued to him and agreed upon as legal fees for his advice, on certain land sale deals done by ALV Project Company.

The lawyer has pointed to Ms. Nandini Alva as the first accused, it is learnt here.
