Mangalore : National youth fest After presenting the folk dance by the 11 states on the day two, the others 12 team from 12 states danced to the tune of folk songs of their respective states at TMA Pai Convention Centre on Jan 14, 2012.

The teams from Puducherry, Manipur, Goa and Delhi presented the folk dance in the competitive category in the morning session.

Each presentation illustrated the culture, lifestyle, and traditions of the participants’ hometown.

The team from Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Orissa, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Assam performed in the afternoon session.

The Rajasthan performers along with Kerala Team created a fusion remix atmosphere at the premises gathering the participants of all the states.

Apart from this the Painting, photography, sculptor competition is being organized at Kadri temple.

A total of 81 participants participated in various category. Tomorrow will be the final result of the competition.
