Mangalore: You may not get to on mobile phones what happened in “Reju and Raghupathi Bhat night shows”  on Feb 3 to 5 on Mary island, but there are chances of giving rationing provisions in details ever “On line” in those phones by March next.

The Food and Civil Supplies dept, run by Shobha K., (power minister) has stared giving details on supplies of food groups, to those who supplied their mobile (phone) numbers to the Dept., a circular informed on Thursday. Necessary arrangements to convey ration card provisions available for the month to the BPL and other card-holders have been completed, says the Dept in a recent release and March is the month you need book forward to your civil supplies delivered ever a phone call.

This is based on a special technology application it was stated.

Those with mobile have to inform before Feb 25, their numbers to the Civil supplies dept. locally.

Feb. has 29 days in 2012. The Fair price shops will make bills on Retails stores. For food grains due and the amount goes to such shops. All rationing supply details are recorded, and sent on mobile information.

Those not having mobiles, this arrangement does not apply. They may give the RR number of Electric meters, to FP shops in their locality, by Feb 25. After the on line process, a Bio-metrics arrangement will come in to force.
