Udupi: Conscendo 2012 is the first step of Manipal University commerce department, as a long journey that has commended with a short walk on Thursday, Feb.9 here.

Dr. G.K. Prabhu, registrar, performed the inaugural ceremony accompanied by Sandeep Shenoy, HOD, coordinator Guru Prasad Rao, Shreyas Shetty (student committee chief), and event coordinator, E.C. Moras.

Shenoy welcomed the gathering after a prayer song by Prof. Niranjan Prabhu. Elroy Moras briefed participates on the programme, with a visual presentation on Manipal University.

Register Dr. Prabhu gave an inspirational speech and cited the instance of a businessman who incurred heavy losses before he become successful, like a chills learning to walk by falling.

G.P. Rao proposed a vote of thanks. The Conscendo aims to promote managerial capacities of students and Manipal’s vision of a bright future.
