Bangalore: When B S Yeddyurappa was the Chief Minister(2008-11) 66 legislators had put up false claims and secured sites under CM’s discretionary quote in 3 years. An advocate, N. Vaudeva has dragged them to the high court now against the fraud committed by these legislators, who pretended that they had no house, or a plot of land within their family anywhere.

This misrepresentation of not having a plot or a roof overhead, was done during 2008-10 by presenting false documents and cheating the state government, the lawyer said after obtaining information under RTI Act.

All of them, 66 MLAs/MLCs are likely to be called for an enquiry by the concerned Judge, as Vasudeva has given documentary proofs of their massive fraud.

Those persons are named by him, like Bharathi Shetty, M. Krishnappa, and NL Narendrababu, among others.

The charges are being studied by the bench of KHC, having Chief Justice Vikramjit Sen and Judge B.V. Nagarathna.

Meanwhile, the illegal beneficiaries are in tossing seas, with their fraud uncovered.
