Bangalore: Plainly speaking, No. The division bench of KHC gave political observers a fright by issuing a clean chit in 2 cases only, against him filed by lawyer Sirajin Basha.

But CM Sadananda Gowda clarified that there were eight more cases against Yeddy in courts, to incense his followers in Gowda’s own cabinet.

He (Gowda) did not dismiss any misbehaving minister like Shobha, Ashok, Renukacharya or even Shettar, under him.

The latest report is that Yeddy has visited Vaishnadevi Temple in Jammu, with Shobha K., by his side, and returned to Bangalore without seeing any Delhi BJP leaders.

But he had determined to remove DVS Gowda before the latter(as CM) presented the budget on March 21, with March 20 as the new deadline.

Yeddy can hardly find any excuse to remove Gowda, so long as he is in BJP at state-leVel, and there are court cases against him, and he is on bail from Central prison.

But a Congressman in Suratkal, Vijay Kumar Shetty has opened a new door of accusation against CM Gowda, who owns a commercial complex(in Balmatta) in city of Mangalore, and has encroached(by deviation) upon a part of the public road.

Shetty is collecting more evidence in the case before taking Gowda to the Lokayukta special Court. Will Gowda become another Yeddy in prison?

Meanwhile, Udupi is slipping out of BJP hands, like another Uttarakhand(state) by Udupi scams only.

If  Vijay does not file a case immediately against DVS Gowda, if Yeddyurappa does not see any such fraud in Gowda’s behaviour as Shetty found out, there is every chance that Yeddy would not harm Gowda on March 20 in his show of strength, to cut Gowda to proper size, with or without Eshwarapp’s intervention to protect Gowda, or to discard him.

It is a legal matter that will overthrow Gowda’s apple-cart,otherwise he is well protected, and yeddy is only beating about the bush with Shobha K., to conspire against the present CM, DVS.

The dates like March 11 or 20, have no meaning and there are no bad mens on Gowda’s path of presenting a budget March21. But if he spoils the budget,by widening his tax net without punishing the blackmoney vendors in legislature and in the state, he may fall, even after the Budgetl,in a people’s attack for not helping them, when politicians have tasted wealth in crores.People want all the wealth made by politicians, forthemselves in the final event. Politicians cannot cheat the voters all the time and keep them hungry on budget day.
