Mangalore : The DK district JD(S) labourers wing organized a meet at Hotel Woodlands premises on March 25, Sunday.

G. Shreeramaiah, the state JD(S) labourers wing president, inaugurated the event and said that his JD(S) always gives importance to the working classes. He also said that CM DV Sadananda Gowda has not earmarked anything for the labourers in this state budget.

M. B. Sadashiva, the district president of the labourers wing of the JD(S), presided over the event.

The leaders also distributed the Identity cards among the members of the labourers wing of the JD(S) on this occasion.

JD(S) leaders and workers like Amarnath Shetty, Shantu Appaiah, Mohammed Rafi, and others participated in this meeting.

Around 200 office bearers and workers participated in this meeting.
