New Delhi : A 24-year old boy, Rohit, was killed by unknown assailants under Akshardham flyover on Monday night.

Rohit, a resident of Mayur Vihar, phase – III, was employed with a call centre at Nehru Place. On Monday night, he was returning home from office when he was attacked and killed under Akshardham flyover.

His cries were heard by people moving near the flyover. They informed the police after they reached the spot and saw the dead body.

The dead body has clear knife-marks. What is surprising is the fact that the belongings of Rohit were not touched at all. Everything including mobile and wallet were lying in the pocket of the deceased.

The police is not ruling out the possibility of any old enmity  behind this murder.
