Mangalore: Fr.Valerian D’Souza took over as the Parish Priest of Milagres Church at a function held at the Church on May 31, Thursday.Fr D’Souza is a former director of St Joseph Engineering College.

Fr D’Souza took over from Fr Walter D’Mello who will be leaving for Rome for further studies later this month.

Fr Staney Goveas, Episcopal Vicar, Fr Jossy Lobo, new Director of St Joseph Engineering College, Fr Henry Mascarenhas, Assistant Director, Fr Wilson D’Souza, Catholic Board of Education Secretary, Fr Francis Xavier Gomes, Principal of Milagres College and Fr Santosh Rodrigues, Assistant Parish Priest of Milagres Church, were among others present on the occasion.
