Mangalore : SP Dinesh, Congress candidate for the MLC elections, has accused the BJP candidate DH Shankermurthy of misusing government funds during campaigning.

Speaking to reporters here on June4, Monday, he said Shankermurthy has not achieved anything significant during his tenure of MLC and promised that he would construct a graduates’ bhavan (Padavidharara Bhavan) if elected.

DCC Chief B Ramanatha Rai who was also present said the BJP government has done nothing concrete in solving the problems of teachers and claimed that the Congress governments had done much in the field of education.
