Mangalore: Amritha RK, a student of Dr TMA Pai College of Education, Udupi, has stood first in the results of the B.Ed examination conducted by Mangalore University in October 2011, which have been declared. Presently, she is a teacher in Sharada Residential School, Udupi.

The second rank went to P Dhanalakshmi of Srinivas College of Education, Mangalore, while Shanthala Baliga B of St Aloysius Institute of Education stood third.
